Registration Fee of ICIMCIS 2025:

- There will be addiotional fees for paper more than 6 (six) pages which is $15 for 1 (one) extra pages (based on dollars kurs on payment date include the transfer) and please be sure that your paper is not more than 10 pages.
- Transfer fees transactions are charged to the author.
- Make sure one of the author(s) of the paper registers to the conference before December 1st, 2025.
- We do not provide printed proceeding onsite, please contact us if you need one. There is an additional charge to print and ship it to your address.

Note: the registration fee * is per paper and one presenter
*Payment made for the purpose of registering and/or attending the ICIMCIS conference will not be refunded if the registered paper is failed to be selected for IEEE Scopus Indexed Proceeding due to inappropriate review result by IEEE MCE.
